Several research has found that using food-dye has increased sensitivity and ADHD behavior in children. This makes children more angry and irritable. If they suddenly come in impulse, sometimes they suddenly react wrongly. Further research has also shown that inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsivity in children are also increasing due to lack of key nutrients required for brain development and functioning.

What you can do

Do not give children artificial sugar and dye food-products to eat. Instead, put more emphasis on protein, carbs and fiber.
