Neymar makes Barcelona and Real Madrid transfer demand which could cost £320m
Neymar has demanded that Barcelona and Real Madrid offer him a five-year contract worth £ 32 million (€ 35 million) net per year.
Real Madrid and Barcelona could pay up to £ 317 million to sign Neymar, according to reports.
Both parts of the League have sent representatives to the French capital in the last week to enter into negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain.
Neymar has been trying to leave PSG this summer, but his demands can now be an obstacle.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the Brazilian wants a five-year agreement worth £ 32m (€ 35m) net, totaling £ 160m (€ 175m).
To cover Spanish taxes, the figure is likely to double to £ 320 million (£ 350 million), and that is before a transfer fee applies.
It is believed that PSG is interested in a strongly cash-based agreement for Neymar so they can go out and buy a replacement.
But both Real and Barcelona have invested substantially in their teams this summer.
The giants of La Liga hope to attract the PSG with a player exchange agreement.

However, so far the negotiations have reached a stalemate.
Time is running, as European clubs only have until September 2 to finish their squads until January.
Meanwhile, Royal Chief Zinedine Zidane was questioned about his side’s progress in negotiations with the PSG today.
But the French refused to comment on the club’s transfer business.
“We have a game tomorrow, I’m just thinking about that,” said Zidane.
“That is the only thing we should think about, players, coach, staff, nothing more.”
“I want September 2 to arrive as soon as possible. Then these questions will end. ”
