Leasing Administrators – Back Office

Job Description / Role


Responsible for supervising and tracking leases of rental properties in a company’s portfolio. Follow the leases of financial transactions, such as rents, subleases, renovations, taxes and property expenses. Process leases to ensure that all information is accurate and recorded in a database and properly archived. Working as a leasing administrator means supervising and ensuring that billing and all other financial transactions are carried out in a timely manner and informing the necessary personnel of any late or late payments.

Requirements

  • 3 month contract: expandable according to experience
  • With experience in leasing systems such as Yardi and Salesforce
  • 2-4 years of experience processing lease agreements
  • Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations.
