- Vitamin A cream
Vitamin A is good for your body, but during pregnancy you have to avoid skin care products that contain vitamins such as vitamin A, retinol, retinyl palmitate. (retin-A, retinol and retunyl palmitatet) This may adversely affect the child, so stay away from them. Some creams contain 2 chemicals named tazorac and accutane, which are also made from vitamin A. During pregnancy, acne is a very common problem, but the cream used to cure acne should be chosen carefully in pregnancy. In these creams benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid are found. They are used to heal, but the doctor believes that you should avoid them.
