Barcelona have Neymar transfer issue because of four players amid Real Madrid competition

BARCELONA cannot afford the Paris Saint-Germain Neymar star this summer because of how much they have already spent on four new players, according to reports.

Barcelona and Real Madrid are struggling to attract Neymar away from the PSG, with Brazil’s international determined to leave the Parc des Princes behind after only two seasons.

The 27-year-old is not happy living in Paris and feels that it is the right time to return to La Liga.

Barcelona is his favorite destination, but Real Madrid refuses to give up, since the landing of the Paul Pogba of Manchester United was lost.

And Sport says that Barcelona cannot pay Neymar due to the money spent on four other players.

Griezmann cost £ 107 million from Atlético de Madrid after Barcelona’s decision to activate its release clause.

Meanwhile, De Jong was agreed for £ 65 million in January.

Net and Firpo cost much less, but they have still bitten a part of Barcelona’s budget.

And that is why they cannot afford Neymar, which is still sought after at Camp Nou.

Barcelona feels that, by bringing Brazil’s international to Catalonia, they can win the Champions League.

But with Real pressing to also sign the 27-year-old player, only time will tell if they can secure the player’s signature.

Meanwhile, ESPN expert Gabriele Marcotti believes that Neymar is likely to stay in Paris, at least during this season.

“I think everyone understands that he wants to leave,” he told ESPN FC.

“However, I think people are getting ahead of themselves.

“I think this is going to rumble.

“It seems that Neymar is really agitated by this.

“[Thomas] Tuchel has said” or Neymar is available and plays for us or we have someone else come in. “

“I think, ultimately, it stays.

“But it is so early that we have enough time for this to work and run.

“I would not rule out that Barcelona or Real Madrid re-entered.”
